Digital Ink Announces Support for She*t for Brains: A Mental Health & Wellness Initiative for the Print Industry

September 1, 2025. Digital Ink, a global marketing agency and consultancy specialising in the print and creative industries, is proud to announce its support for She*t for Brains, a mental health and wellness community dedicated to addressing challenges faced within the printing and packaging sector.

Founded by David Rosendahl (Mindfire Inc), Christopher Minn (formerly Infigo, now CEO of Digital Ink), Jessica DeCola (GPA), and Jon Bailey Bailey (Precision Proco), She*t for Brains officially launched on July 25, 2024, as a response to growing conversations around mental health and leadership burnout in the print industry, sparked by Bailey’s powerful unscripted talk at Dscoop EDGE Indy earlier that year.

She*t for Brains was created to provide:

A safe, judgment-free space for print professionals to share stories, challenges, and experiences.

Resources and expert-led guidance on mental health, resilience, work/life balance, and leadership.

Quarterly online meetings, white papers, and curated resources from credentialed psychologists, counsellors, and industry leaders.

A dedicated LinkedIn group and digital community to foster year-round dialogue and support.

The group’s mission is to “create a space where people feel heard and are given opportunities to listen to others who see things differently, while feeling safe to be authentic, vulnerable, and expressive without judgment.”

“While achieving corporate goals is important, we all agree that if this initiative can reach even one individual and make a difference in their life, it will be worth it,” said Rosendahl, Minn, DeCola, and Bailey in a joint statement.

Digital Inks Commitment As an agency deeply embedded in the global print and creative sectors, Digital Ink recognises the urgent need for spaces where mental health conversations can thrive. Through this partnership, Digital Ink will support She*t for Brains by:

Amplifying awareness through global campaigns and event activations.

Contributing expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and AI-powered engagement.

Offering resources and sponsorship to expand She*t for Brains’ reach across the GCC, Europe, and North America.

“This is about community, not competition,” said Chris Minn, co-founder of She*t for Brains and CEO of Digital Ink. “Mental health challenges in our industry often go unspoken, yet they’re deeply felt. We want to create an environment where vulnerability is not a weakness but a strength that unites us.”

“As part of our support, we’re committing not just words but resources,” added Julie Minn, Chief Operating Officer at Digital Ink and a champion of human sustainability and employee welfare. “We’re donating both digital assets and dedicated manpower to help She*t for Brains reach as many people as possible. Our goal is to provide the tools and the hands that can keep this initiative thriving, while ensuring that leaders don’t feel alone in their decision-making, but can share concerns and find solutions together.”

Reflecting on the journey, Chris Minn said, “I was fortunate to stumble across this with Jess, Dave, and Jon back in 2024. It was eye-opening how quickly the conversation took off once we raised the topic – so many people were struggling quietly. Over the past 18 months, we’ve hosted five online sessions and one live session at Dscoop EDGE Long Beach. Thanks to Dscoop’s support, we even had a booth to share our message. We’re now seeing the fallout from the COVID crisis and other global stresses, making initiatives like this more vital than ever.”

Julie Minn concluded, “Mental well-being is a cornerstone of a healthy industry. At Digital Ink, we believe that supporting She*t for Brains means investing in a community where vulnerability is strength and everyone can bring their whole selves to work. This is just the first of many community projects and initiatives we will be supporting and backing.”

Jess DeCola, Jon Bailey, and Dave Rosendahl echoed these sentiments, emphasising: “It’s not just about corporate goals. If we can reach even one person and make a difference, then every effort is worth it.”

Join the movement. Industry professionals are invited to join the She*t for Brains LinkedIn group, attend quarterly Zoom sessions, and take part in the growing conversation. Additional white papers, speaker resources, and recorded sessions will be released throughout 2025.
